Pearl of the Caribbean-Site C, Caribbean Marlin
Like Miami’s famed islands of Biscayne Bay, like Dubai’s internationally recognized palm islands and Singapore’s Marina Bay Sands, Saint Lucia’s international identity is set to be thrust onto the world stage with the strategic use of land reclamation. A 100-acres of underutilized coastline will be transformed into a 230-acre playground promoting tourism and mixed business.
With almost 30 years of delivering on major projects including land reclamations of Dubai’s Palm Deira and projects in Malaysia’s Karambunai, Miri and Kedah, the project’s master developer, Teo A. Khing Design Consultants, is uniquely placed to create a functional and iconic destination in Caribbean Marlin. One that can fast track identity and commercial brand.
Caribbean Marlin will integrate a ‘strip’ embodying the vibrancy of Miami’s South Beach with premium residential and mixed use water front real estate with a marina, hotels and commercial plots along with a series of parklands. Segmented into four phases, the Caribbean Marlin is bordered by the longest beachfront in Saint Lucia as well as accompany promenades.
