NIRC has been carefully integrated with the unique urban fabric of the riverside city. Master plan includes Nagamall, MICE centre, riverfront residential and retails, theatre and cultural centre. NIRC development will expand the existing grand boulevards with new infrastructure and comprehensive urban network to usher in the new era of the great city of Phnom Penh.
The expected benefits of NIRC are extensive and in keeping with the broader benefits associated with international standard integrated resorts the world over. The creation and development of NIRC stimulate an ecosystem of support industries including tourism (international and domestic), hospitality, transportation, food and beverage and luxury goods sales. This process will immediately stimulate job creation as well as providing sophisticated lifestyle and entertainment solutions attractive to high end international tourists. Collectively, these achievements will upgrade the national GDP as well as positively impact the branding of Cambodia.
