The Madinat Al Arab or ‘The City of the Arabians’ project encompasses the vision of creating a ‘City for the Future’ or an ‘Arab Renaissance City’. It is the creation of an Arabian entertainment and residential haven and world class destination for both locals and the international community.

The project involves a total of approximately 14,000 hectares a major portion of which is centred on water.  The project is sub divided into 4 main zones i.e. the Palm Jebel Ali, The Crescent, Dubai Waterfront North and Dubai Waterfront South. Madinat Al Arab is envisaged to be the gateway to the Arabian Canal and an international icon.
