Federal Administrative Centre, State of Sarawak

A 2020-acre site located northwest of Kuching City.  The Project emulates design principles of Putrajaya Federal Administrative Centre, targeted to cater for 50,000 populations in the region.  Eco-friendly and innovative planning strategies were applied to maintain the existing mangrove Eco-system yet achieve the goal to create a vibrant water front city.
