Bahria Springs
The Bahria Spring project will cover approximately 486.52 acres of land located in the southern part of Soan River.The main components of the project will encompass a Theme park, Riverine Park, apartment, neighbourhood park, mosque,-spring park, commercial area. The series of parks planned are intended as a major feature of the project design. The intention is for Bahria Spring to create a new lifestyle environment in Pakistan, a vibrant community within a green environment.
The natural hills and valleys on the site will provide a natural scenic backdrop for a magnificent view of the river flowing through the site, especially at sunset. The international standard theme park planned will create a major draw for local and foreign tourists while the parks and other open spaces will provide public facilities for residents. Spatial links will also be coordinated between major focal points within the development providing for active social and neighborhood interaction.
