Designed to complement the existing beachfront development, Brighton Condominium features a curved façade that offers sweeping views of city and sea. The building design features a 20-storey twin tower that is complemented with 5-storey terraced blocks. Phase 1 consisting of the first tower and the low-rise terraced blocks have been completed. As a trend-setting development in the mid-90s, the Brighton introduced the first high-rise condominium in Miri. Since then many other such developments have followed. The units in both tower and terraced blocks are singly-loaded and face the beachside thus offering panoramic views of the sea.
